We are a global management consulting firm with over 20 years of experience in the social sector. We provide sound and cost-effective global consultancy within the context of population and health, nutrition, and cross cutting issues: gender and social inclusion, education, monitoring and evaluation, and water, sanitation & hygiene (WASH).
With a commitment to social advancement and a mission to help disadvantaged communities in developing countries, we work with national governments, international development agencies, and civil organizations across hemispheres to implement successful social sector programs.
SoSec was launched in 1995 in South Asia with a mission to improve the reproductive and maternal health of individuals in underprivileged regions. Fast forward to 20 years later, we have evolved into a dynamic organization, supporting partners with a portfolio of a wide range of projects spanning across the globe. Such projects involve systems development, systems research, public policy review and survey design and management, among others.
SoSec is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with an office in London and strong presence in Pakistan and the U.S. In Pakistan, our wealth of experience has translated to dramatic growth in available resources and partnerships.
While we have grown over the last 20 years, our mission has not changed: we are still guided by a deep-rooted commitment to bring quality education, clean drinking water, gender equality, and better health to the world’s most vulnerable groups.
As a result of the breadth of our expertise and experience, we have been successful in partnering with clients, such as the UK Department for International Development (UKAID), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), UN agencies (UNICEF, UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNDP, UNODC, WHO), World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), among others.
As a trusted leader, we continue to work closely with national and international partners to bring tangible results and positive impact in the lives of people in developing countries.
